Fresh Ginger Tea

Ginger tea is wonderful for settling an upset stomach and soothing nausea. It is also invigorating, helping increase your metabolism and warming your body on a cool day. Ginger has also been praised for its role in helping ward off colds & flus.

Fresh Ginger Tea

  • 1/2 to 1 1/2 fresh grated ginger (Remember, you can always add more so start with a bit & see what you like.)

  •  1 tsp honey
  • 1-2 cups hot water (depending on how much you’d like to drink.)

  1. Use a spoon to remove the skin from the ginger root. Grate desired amount of ginger into mug.
